Trent is an amazingly talented Austin blues-rock guitarist who fell in love with an adorably sweet and lovely kindergarten teacher, Ms. Brooke.
Their wedding day at Barr Mansion was packed with a plethora of beautiful moments. So enjoy the dozens and dozens of images because it was just too difficult to edit this wedding down very much. Trent entertained with his guitar towards the end of the night while his son backed him up on drums.

Ah, Branson, Missouri… the Vegas of the Midwest. The little town is packed with glitz and shows, giant wax figures and theme parks, corn dogs and billboards for Yakov Smirnoff, Shoji, and The Baldknobbers.
But tucked away on the top of a hillside, there’s a fairy-tale castle hotel overlooking the beautiful Table Rock Lake, the Chateau on the Lake.
Jen and Court had their fairy-tale wedding at this lovely location and I was grateful to be the one to document it.

Cecilia + Josh married each other on a beautiful afternoon in Lakeway. The wedding took place at the church that Josh grew up attending, The Lakeway Church, and where his father has served as the minister for the past few decades. Thanks to Katie for additional photography and some of these great images.

Susan and Joshua had a beautiful, simple, green wedding at the Inn at Wild Rose Hall outside of Austin.
Elise and Tom were married on the Pacific coast last week, at the idyllic Palos Verdes Country Club.

Katie and I had a great time documenting the lively wedding of Sarah and Nik at the Allan House in Austin.
It was fun to watch notes being passed back and forth between the bridesmaids and groomsmen getting dressed in adjoining rooms. The notes got progressively more obscene colorful and entertaining.

Shadi and Matt had a lovely Bahai wedding just after New Years.
Vintage Villas provided a wonderful setting that overlooks Lake Travis in Austin.
Thanks to Anu Saha for assisting and providing coverage and insightful images.
And thank you to all the friends and relatives who wasted no time in getting down on the dance floor.

A big thanks to Style Me Pretty for recently featuring this lovely wedding!
Libby and Matt had some wonderful DIY elements that piqued the interest of the SMP editors.
The preparation was at Omni Austin, ceremony at Central Presbyterian, and reception at The Wildflower Center in Austin.
There was a great moment in the Omni elevator after we ran into Quentin Tarantino, who was going to commandeer our elevator until he realized a bride was trying to get to her wedding. You’ll notice the bride and bridesmaids a little excited in the elevator after that run in.
One challenge with the ceremony was the limitation of the church for photographers, who aren’t allowed to go beyond even the first pew.
With this restriction, I decided to plant a remote-triggered camera behind the officiant, which I could control from the back of the church with an RF trigger. It provided some excellent coverage, including the example below with the best man handing off the rings.
Thank you Matt and Libby, I really enjoyed documenting your day.
